This weekend the Washingtonian Woods Social Committee will be sponsoring its annual Halloween events!
Details are as follows:
Halloween House Decorating Contest
Friday, October 27, 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Show your Halloween spirit and decorate your house for the annual Washingtonian Woods Halloween House Decorating Contest! Please be sure your decorations are up and ready by 7pm on Friday, October 27 and please register your house to be considered.
Judges will be driving around for the annual neighborhood House Decorating Contest to look at the houses that have registered and to pick their top three choices. Winners will be announced on Sunday during the Festival.

Adult Social – Halloween Costume Party
Upper Clubhouse
Saturday, October 28, 7:00pm – 11:00pm
The social committee will be sponsoring an adults only Halloween Costume Party. Bring a themed appetizer, dessert, or drink to share. Coolers are welcome!
We can’t wait to see you all dressed up. Small trophies and gift card prizes will be awarded to our winners! How creative are you? Are you spooky, scary, funny? Let us know you will be coming! Adults only please!

Annual Neighborhood Halloween and Fall Festival
Clubhouse
Sunday, October 29th from 3:30pm – 5:30pm
The Washingtonian Woods Social Committee is excited to announce our annual Halloween and Fall Festival! This year’s festivities will be held on Sunday, October 29th from 3:30pm – 5:30pm. Games and activities will end at around 5:00pm and then we will have a costume parade to candy field to collect candy.
This year’s activities will include a Jack-o’-Lantern/Decorated Pumpkin contest, Spooky Trail, Scavenger Hunt, Candy Field (or Trunk-or-Treating in the event of rain), Cake Walk, Games, Arts and Crafts, Candy Apple Decorating, and two Inflatables where all residents can enjoy some Halloween-themed fun!
