Hello Neighbors,

Pool Construction & Repairs
As some of you may have noticed, the cover is still off of the pool, and the water is being drained. This is in preparation for the 10-year refresh of the swimming pool white coat, tiles, seals and coping stones. Every 10 years or so, these items are repaired and/or replaced according to timelines outlined in the Association’s periodically conducted Reserve Study.

Conducting these major pool repairs and updates prior to the 2024 Pool Season is right inline with the HOA’s latest Reserve Study’s timeline. Additionally, the Board regularly plans ahead for such major improvements and responsibly sets aside funding to do so in advance. As such, the Board already has funding set aside for these repairs and no assessments will be needed to complete them.

Neighborhood Trash Collection Service
The Board still does not have any updates with regards to timing around the implementation of our trash service to one day a week. We do not yet know when the change will be implemented, nor do we know our scheduled day-of-week for service. However, we will certainly keep everyone informed as we learn more, and with the intent of giving everyone as much time as possible to prepare. Thank you all for your extended patience.
